Vim and neovim are highly configurable. Indeed, they have scripting and plugins too. Same for Kakoune, which uses KakouneScript instead of vimscript. Vis uses Lua. Micro is sort of Vim-ish, and it is scriptable with Lua.

Cream and SpaceVim are not separate editors, but sets of configs and plugins to provide a much different experience from stock Vim or neovim.
