This is a great for brainstorming. I often mind myself being influenced on previous notes I made. I do this on a daily basis so my thoughts one day may be different than the next. A forced blank slate allows for new unique ideas everytime. I like this.

There is a group of people out there who love this idea. Then there is a group of people that need this (me).

Slack is too overcomplicated in the workspace that people become uninterested. I'm interested in this idea.

I don't think they are talking about a UX problem but rather a social problem. The main thing that they say they are being tough about is vetting and onboarding.
