As someone who uses both Claude Code and Codex, having a unified interface while still being able to use their respective harnesses is a godsend. I've tried a lot of alternatives, and nothing even remotely comes close to the level of polish this one has. The session sync is buttery smooth as well, it's even better than Claude Code mobile I would say. Thanks so much for the recommendation.

May I know the source for "closer to $10k"?

I use remote-control every day and haven't had many issues with it, aside from the fact that the mobile app being pretty limited, e.g there are no prompt suggestions like slash commands and skills, everything in the textbox is just a raw string. You also can’t start a new session directly from the app (have to SSH into the host manually to do that)

Other than those limitations, the connection has been very stable for me, definitely more reliable than alternatives like happy.engineering or Omnara. What’s been buggy for you specifically?

Yes, I mostly use ChatGPT for ffmpeg commands. Just give it the description along with the full file path and it will output the correct command 99% of the time. Bard can also do that (not as well though) but the format of the answer is so much worse, the resulting command is not put in a code block for example.
