20 years shipping full-stack products, most recently spent putting LLMs into
a workflow where being wrong has consequences. I built and run Arcoflow, a
SaaS platform for HOA architectural review, including an AI reviewer that
checks homeowner submissions against each community's own guideline PDFs and
drafts a cited decision. Forced tool-use for structured output, prompt
caching ordered so the expensive stable content is the reusable prefix, and
an explicit "I cannot assess this" path so it declines instead of inventing
a covenant.
Before that: led a team of 10 through a legacy-to-cloud re-architecture at a
healthcare staffing company (Swift/Java/PHP to React Native and .NET Core
microservices). Looking for senior/staff IC or forward-deployed work where
shipping matters more than headcount.
