I look at what SaaS products are saying, how users experience those products, and where those two don't match up. I’ll often look at the website, reviews, customer stories, forums, and the product itself to understand what users are seeing, missing, or struggling to understand.
But the research is really just where the thinking starts. I use what I learn to develop clearer product messaging, create messaging from scratch when needed, and turn those ideas into creative content across graphics and sometimes video.
